"Hattie has a warm and open style, but is also very knowledgeable about exercise physiology. She is easy to engage with, and I have found that my goals and effort are more realistic and attainable as I've worked with her. Hattie made sure to mention attention to breathing and taking breaks as needed throughout the training session. 

Hattie tunes into what the individual, as well as the group, needs. She is respectful of modifying as needed, taking quick breaks, explaining exercises in discrete terms to ensure understanding and avoiding potential injury, and bringing an enthusiasm to the classes that helps everyone feel comfortable."
