Join Heather and Tracy for their annual weekend getaway in the beautiful Cascade Mountains!
We will gather in the company of the trees and the mountains and the deer and the elk and each other to wonder and heal and laugh and cry and settle and digest and dance and rest and just be... together. We always have so much to catch up on!
The format will be our usual heady healing daily blend of yoga, meals, music and sharing. There is joy in the repetition of these ancient practices, and yet there is always something surprising and new to be discovered whenever we gather together.
You can expect to find simple, wholesome food, nourishing yoga, relaxing hot tub time, laughter-infused company, walks in nature and quiet reflection in the rejuvenating ambiance at the Grand Fir Lodge. Bring your crafts/books/instruments/journals, pajamas, laughing tackle!

Group Meals are included in the cost of the retreat. Vegan Gluten Free options will be provided.

Reservation Details
Reservation requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
‘MyBHC’ account required to make the deposit.
Reservations require a $200 deposit. Reservations are not established until deposit is received.
The remaining amount will be billed 90 days before the retreat (August 9, 2025).
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations prior to 90 days before the retreat will be fully refunded (August 9, 2025). Cancellations within 90 days of the retreat are only allowed if a waiting list is present for the room / bed selection previously reserved.
House Rules: No pets, no smoking or open flames, no strongly scented perfumes or toiletries
