FREE FITNESS TRAINING

Included in monthly renewing and yearly memberships, complimentary Fitness Training is an opportunity to ask our trainers any questions that you may have about exercise, or how to use the equipment in our gym. We can write up a custom training program designed specifically for your goals, and teach you how to do it.

PERSONAL TRAINING

While having a fitness program to follow is a great start, we could all use extra help with our workouts every now and then. Hiring a trainer can be a great way stay motivated, avoid injury, prevent boredom, and keep things challenging at the gym. PARTNER TRAINING

Would you prefer to train alongside your best friend or significant other? Are you and your workout buddy training for a special occasion or event? Partner Training is the perfect option for doing personal training with one or two other people (2-3 total). Click the button to learn more about partner training and our rates.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training is personalized coaching in a team environment. Each group is limited to 4-8 people in order to create a fun group dynamic while allowing the trainer to give individual attention to each person. NUTRITION COACHING

For those looking for guidance on how to eat in order to reach their goals, members may book a complimentary Nutrition Coaching appointment once every three months. Nutrition Coaching is an hour long, one-on-one session with a staff nutrition coach that is tailored to each individual member’s needs. Topics range from healthy lifestyle, to weight loss, or sports nutrition.
