SKI STRONG: 4-WEEK CONDITIONING SERIES

Get slope-ready with Ski Strong, a dynamic 4-week progressive conditioning series designed to build the strength, stability and endurance you need for a powerful and injury-free ski season. Each week, you’ll train smarter and push harder- developing the balance, mobility and core control that help you move with confidence on and off the mountain.

Led by Stephen Kelsey, a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), this program focuses on performance-driven movement and proven injury-prevention techniques to keep you strong all season long.

Sessions will be held on:

  • November 15th & 22nd

  • December 6th & 13th

  • 12 - 1pm

  • Cost: $60 for the full 4-week series.

Make-up session on December 20th if needed
