“Terry Smith-Harris provided Fitness Training to me from 10 to 11 on the 5th of August. He went out of his way to understand my physical preparation, my physical abilities (75 year old with surgically modified joints), my skiing-based individual approach, and the priorities of endurance and balanced leg strength as opposed to standard body-builder goals. He asked for additional clarification first and foremost during the assessment part of the training, and provided training that spectacularly fits my needs and provides me several new and effective activities which I believe will enable me to move toward to my fitness goals.”
