Personal Trainer / Nutrition Coach / Group Fitness Instructor
Allison joined the Ballard Health Club team in June 2012 when she moved back to Seattle after pursuing a dance career in New York.
When several dance injuries left Allison sidelined from the stage, she received her World Instructor Training School (WITS) Personal Training Certification, completed 30 internship hours and began fitness training. Having always been active and interested in living a healthy lifestyle, training was a perfect career for Allison. She enjoys helping others achieve their goals and wants everyone to live and love an active lifestyle.
Since then, Allison has also received her NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Training Certification. Additional certifications include: TRX® Instructor, SFG Kettlebell course, Les Mills BodyPump™ Instructor and Level-1 CrossFit Trainer. She is also a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.
Allison has experience with endurance running, having completed many half and full marathons. She has experience in CrossFit, yoga and draws inspiration from her dance background as well. In addition to training, Allison also loves to lead classes, which you can find her doing frequently at BHC.
Allison is also the Training & Nutrition Manager.
