Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

Aeron first joined the BHC team back in 2009! Over the years, she’s worked with individuals, small groups, and has led fitness classes that focus on building vibrant communities and educating people about their bodies and what they can do - all while having hardcore fun!

As a trainer/instructor, Aeron is passionate about creating functional fitness workouts for members so they can feel strong and confident during daily activities, in addition to performing better in their favorite sports or outdoor recreation. She’s a big advocate for building strength/flexibility to balance out muscle groups and incorporating exercises to improve balance, coordination, and brain health.

Aeron has certifications in Personal Training (WITS), Group Fitness Instruction (AFAA), TRX training, SFG Kettlebell training, Yoga Fit 1 & 2, Yoga TuneUp training, Running Well, and Sports Nutrition.

As BHC’s Training Manager, Aeron’s goal is to ensure that every member receives the support they need and deserve from our knowledgeable and caring trainers.
