Cardio Interval Workout


Want to add some cardio into your workouts this January? This can be done in a short 15-20 minute interval style workout. No equipment required!

Interval: 45 seconds of exercise/15 seconds of rest *3-4 Rounds*

  • Jumping Jacks

  • Mt. Climbers

  • Skater Hops

  • Box Jumps

  • Push-ups (any variation, on knees if needed)
