Chassi grew up in a family dedicated to sports and physical activity. Becoming passionate about her own health and fitness as an adult she decided she wanted to help others on their journey and pursued her personal training certification in 2012. Later, in 2017, she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. Over the years she has trained at various gyms, working with clients both individually and in group training sessions. Chassi has also worked with a youth soccer club as their strength, speed, and agility coach.
As a trainer she finds the most joy in taking her clients to their next level, focusing on proper body mechanics and gaining confidence through strength training. She specializes in strength, conditioning, and barbell lifting technique, with a passion for Olympic lifts. Whether it is their first time picking up a dumbbell, or they are an avid barbell user who wants extra coaching on proper lifting technique, Chassi strives to help her clients move their best.
