Chassi grew up in a family dedicated to sports and physical activity. She took some time off from her education after high school and during that time began her own health and fitness journey. Once she realized how passionate she was about living a healthy lifestyle she pursued her Diagnostic Health and Fitness Technician (DHFT) certification in a year-long program at Pierce Community College.
After completing her certification she began personal training at various gyms, working with clients both individually and in group training sessions. Chassi also became the Strength, Speed, and Agility trainer for a youth soccer club.
Eventually Chassi decided to further her education in order to gain more knowledge in the fitness training field, particularly in sports and athletics. As a result of that goal, Chassi graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University in June of 2017.
