ELIGIBILITY: To purchase a monthly renewing parking permit, you must have a Monthly Renewing, Yearly, Insurance Provided Membership or pass.
CANCELLATION: Those with Monthly Renewing Parking Permits may cancel the permit by submitting a “Parking Permit Request/Cancellation” form on our website at least 5 days prior to the next billing date for your parking permit.
SINGLE-CAR STICKER: These stickers are intended for single car use and are designed to be stuck to the inside of a window. The preferred location for these stickers is in the rear window, on the driver’s side of the car. Duplicate parking stickers cannot be made; replacement stickers may be purchased at the front desk for a nominal fee.
MULTI-CAR HANGING PERMIT: Hanging parking permits may be shared by multiple cars, and must be hung from the rearview mirror.
ASSOCIATED MEMBERS: One additional member may be registered to the same parking permit if they reside at the same address as the member that purchased the permit.
USE OF PARKING LOTS: Use of our parking lots is only permitted while member is checked-in and using the Ballard Health Club facility. Violators may be ticketed, towed and/or lose parking privileges at Ballard Health Club parking areas. Parking spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Purchasing a parking permit does not guarantee the availability of a parking spot.
PARKING PERMIT VISIBILITY: Parking permits must be visible when directly viewing the front windshield or side windows (hang-tag) or from the rear windshield (sticker) to be considered valid. Parking permits placed on dashboards are not considered visible and a ticket may be issued.
RESTRICTIONS: Member agrees to abide by any and all restrictions governing the parking lots in Ballard Health Club designated areas and further agrees to accept and pay parking enforcement fees related to violating said parking restrictions. Parking restrictions governing Ballard Health Club parking areas will be posted on the Ballard Health Club website. Rules and restrictions are subject to change without notice.
If your base membership is inactive for any reason, your parking permit will become inactive. The reasons include, but are not limited to: frozen status, failed payment, account balance, or membership expiration.
Parking Liability Waiver and Disclaimer
Ballard Health Club ("BHC") offers parking permits for purchase, which provide access to designated parking areas as a convenience to members. The purchase of a parking permit does not guarantee parking availability, reserve a specific parking space, or provide security for any vehicle or its contents.
Members park and leave vehicles in BHC parking areas at their own risk. BHC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, vandalism, collision, or other harm to any vehicle or personal property, including damage caused by other drivers, third parties, weather, or other events beyond BHC's control.
Parking areas may be equipped with video surveillance cameras; however, such cameras are provided for general security purposes only and are not continuously monitored. The presence of surveillance cameras does not create a guarantee of safety, security, crime prevention, or recovery of stolen property.
By purchasing and using a BHC parking permit, Member acknowledges and accepts these risks and agrees to release and hold harmless BHC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of BHC parking facilities.
