How long have you been a member at Ballard Health Club?
I have been a member since 2014!
Why do you work out?
I work out to maintain strength and balance and combat osteoporosis and sarcopenia.
What is your favorite piece of equipment or exercise to do in the gym, and what do you do to work out?
My workout is principally a yoga class or boot camp, but may be supplemented with work on a stationary bike or erg rowing machine for breath control, and a new instrument of torture, #27, for hamstring work.
What in the gym has worked for you in attaining your goals?
The gym works for me in all ways. There are things I will never use, but it has everything I want to use.
Why do you choose to work out at BHC? (instead of another gym)?
BHC has everything I want.
Anything else you'd like to add?
BHC has great people from the ownership, front desk to the trainers.
