Why do you work out? 

Working out is important for my mental and physical health. 

What do you do to work out?

I go to a variety of group fitness classes: Barre, circuit strength, and cycling class.

Why do you choose to work out at BHC?

I love the amazing fitness teachers! I also find Ballard Health Club to be the friendliest gym that I’ve ever joined.

What is your favorite piece of equipment, exercise or class to do in the gym or at home? 

It’s a toss up! I can’t decide between Ivana’s Barre class and Courtney’s cycling class.
