April Free Class- The Sunday Shred w/ Ivana

Each month BHC offers a FREE class so anyone can try it out- even nonmembers! This month we invite everyone to try out Ivana’s *pop-up class*:

“The Sunday Shred”

Sundays @ 9:45-10:30am

A 45-min sweat session that blends resistance training, high-intensity cardio and core conditioning. This class is inspired by circuit training and Pilates and utilizes a variety of equipment including dumbbells, bands, gliders, etc. Driven by an energetic playlist, this class is meant to challenge and designed to uplift and inspire!
