Ab Lab: This 30 minute class will focus on strengthening the abdominal and back regions, and tap into core muscles you didn’t know you had. This class is open to all levels, and modifications are readily given.
All Level Step: This action-packed step class includes step choreography that can be modified for beginners or advanced participants. The choreography progresses each week and keeps your feet moving. This is a great cardiovascular workout for everyone!
Cardio-Mix: Test your fitness with this full body workout. Body circuit emphasizes athletic training designed to challenge stamina, strength and ability. With the use of dumbbells, barbells, boxes, bands and gliders, you will learn functional movements, gain strength all over and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
Fast, Lean, Fit: Run, jump, lift weights and work on balance training and flexibility to burn fat and add muscle. Plyometrics, intervals and weight training will help you maximize your performance in whichever activites you choose to do outside the gym.
Glute Lab: Come join us in this fun half-hour class to strengthen your legs and glutes. Your heart rate will get high as you work on conditioning using the lower half of your body. This class is open to all levels.
HIGH Fitness: this is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (simple moves taught by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
MAX-Fit: A varied training program designed for people of all backgrounds, looking for an intense full body workout. Movements and equipment include: throwing, lifting, box jumps, kettlebells, jumping rope, sprints, medicine balls and more! Each class will include a warm up, skill training, cardio training, cool down and may be scaled to any fitness level!
Pilates Based Mat: This class follows the exercises created by Joseph Pilates. It concentrates on the strengthening and stretching of the torso creating better posture and alignment. Exercises are done on the floor using a mat. The instructor will give very specific instruction on alignment and movement and will do adjusting when necessary. No experience needed.
Rebel Yoga: Balancing strength training and the thousand year old tradition of yoga asana, this class is for both the novice and experienced yogi. The yogic combination of breath and mindfulness along with the repetition of resistance training will create better body awareness, physical and mental well being and strengthen and tone your upper body.
Rise & Shine Bootcamp: This is a motivating, challenging, full-body workout. Exercise drills can include cardio endurance, balance, core strength, agility and muscular strength and endurance. This class will focus on functional movements that will get your heart rate up!
Step & Tone: Perfect for basic and intermediate steppers, this class is a total cardio and body workout that includes cardiovascular endurance using the step and strengthening using light weights. Have fun while letting the music guide your workout!
Total Fitness: You can expect a full body workout in these classes. Each class will be unique, but not limited to, cardio drills, weight training, plyometric exercises and a whole lot of fun!
