Above The Bar: Your First Pull-up Workshop

Ready to conquer your first pull-up? This focused, one-hour workshop is designed to help you build the strength, technique, and confidence needed to achieve your first unassisted pull-up.

Whether you’re starting from zero or stuck just shy of the bar, this session breaks the movement down step by step so you can train smarter—not just harder.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

  • Proper grip, shoulder positioning, and body alignment

  • How to activate your lats and core for maximum pulling power

  • The most effective progressions (rows, band-assisted, eccentrics, and holds)

  • Common mistakes that hold people back

  • A simple training plan to continue building strength after class

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s been missing in your training and a personalized roadmap toward your first pull-up.

All levels welcome. No prior pull-up experience required.
