Whether you’re starting from zero or stuck just shy of the bar, this session breaks the movement down step by step so you can train smarter—not just harder.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
Proper grip, shoulder positioning, and body alignment
How to activate your lats and core for maximum pulling power
The most effective progressions (rows, band-assisted, eccentrics, and holds)
Common mistakes that hold people back
A simple training plan to continue building strength after class
