Exhibition and Fundraiser

Whether you want to test your strength and fitness or just have some fun, this event is open to everyone- members and non members of all levels alike.

The event will include:

  • 3 rep shoulder press, front squat, and sumo deadlift

  • 20 sec air bike foam roller wars

  • Max height box jump

  • 4-Exercise mini-workout

  • Max hold wall-sit (foam roller on lap)

Participants can choose which lifts they’d like to participate in and select their estimated 3-rep max category for each lift. Flights will be grouped based on specified range of weight.

💪 Lifters will have the opportunity to warm up before their flight, and each participant will be given three attempts per lift to hit their best number. (Additional equipment like knee sleeves, straps and weight belts permitted)

🕒Approximate Event Schedule:

4 - 5PM - Sumo Deadlift

5 - 6PM - Front Squat

6 - 7PM - Overhead Press
