Chassi is great at showing me how to perfect my form and she is encourages me to push to my edges. The workouts vary weekly and I like that I can take what I've learned in the group class out to the main floor of the gym and feel confident in my ability to use pretty much any equipment in the gym now.
Group training is great for people who need a little boost in their workout routine and who want to have someone make sure they're doing exercises with proper form. Plus, you can't beat the price! It's very affordable!
