Roxy has given me the push I need to get through a hard workout that I sometimes lose when working out alone. The variety of workouts and challenge is something I have needed to subside any reservations I did have going into it.
Just like with anything else, you get what you put into small group training. The more sessions you attend in a week, the quicker you will see results. Additionally, the more you utilize your time in training the better the results you will see - such as pushing the amount of weight you use or learning to work through discomfort vs. pain. I look forward to SGT every week and absolutely hate it when I have to cancel or reschedule my session, it is definitely worth trying out!
