Group Fitness Instructor

Alex is dedicated to helping students realize their limitlessness, and specializes in working with clients to find the balance where health, exercise, and mindfulness meet. Each class is informed by years of experience teaching and practicing both Himalayan yoga and western fitness. A firm believer in bringing wellness to everyone, Alex’s classes range from Bootcamp, Circuits, Senior Fitness, and advanced yoga to chair yoga, children’s yoga and meditation; he’s happiest when working with all bodies and all people.

Alex is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and a 500 E-RYT, RCYT and YACEP Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor. He holds numerous additional specialty fitness certifications and is also a Certified Holistic Plant-based Nutritionist.
