If you currently have an active membership and would like to be enrolled in a different membership, submit your request below. We will process your request within 72 hours.
Change in benefits will go into effect immediately upon form completion and membership dues will be changed as of your next billing date for monthly members and immediately for yearly members.
Converting monthly to yearly memberships: When converting from a monthly plan to the yearly option, your “last month up front” will activate first. Once expired, the yearly membership will activate. The full yearly membership price will be charged during the membership conversion (minus enrollment).
