When cancelled in advance, the “last month up front” will activate on the next billing date. Cancellations received within the 5-day window will be charged an additional month, then the “last month up front” will activate on the following month.

Rejoining with a month-to-month membership in the future will cost first and last monthly membership dues at that current rate, plus an enrollment fee.

If you would rather freeze your membership for a $7 monthly fee, you can submit a "Membership Freeze Request".
