WOD Board is Back!
WHAT'S A WOD? IT'S A COOL WAY OF SAYING 'WORKOUT OF THE DAY'
A member recently asked if we could bring the WOD board back and suggested using Trainer Spencer's Spell-Your-Name Workout which was recently published in the newsletter. We thought that was a great idea!
The WOD board is up and ready to go outside the Group X studio. If you are looking for a fun and challenging workout to do for the day, visit the white board and check out the WOD!
You can do the spell-your-name workout (each letter in your name corresponds to an exercise and number of reps, which you can do for 3-4 rounds), or another WOD option designed and posted by other trainers. If you have a question about an exercise, please ask a trainer. We are here to help!
