How long have you been a member at Ballard Health Club? 

I’ve been a member since 2022.

Why do you work out?

I am an avid attendee of group fitness classes, including Barre, Spin, Fit Camp, and Circuit.

I enjoy getting to push myself with my friends in a class environment!

What at BHC has worked for you for attaining your goals?

The coaches in the group fitness classes really push you to level up every class and drive you to do more. They have pushed me to hit my goals and inspire me to set new ones. 

Why do you choose to work out at BHC?

I workout at BHC for the community; there is an incredible group of members and trainers. 

What is your favorite piece of equipment, exercise, or class to do in the gym or at home?
My favorite class is currently Fit Camp with Rachel and Kyle who consistently level up the class and push us to lift heavier!
