This invigorating 45-minute class blends the mindful movement and breathwork of yoga with the muscle-building benefits of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light dumbbells. You'll flow through dynamic yoga sequences that seamlessly transition into strength-focused circuits, targeting major muscle groups while keeping your heart rate up.

Designed to challenge your body and focus your mind, this class will help you build functional strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and increase flexibility—all in one powerful session. Whether you're holding a Warrior pose or pushing through a set of squats, expect to engage your entire body and leave feeling empowered and energized.

Modifications are always offered, making this class accessible for all fitness levels. However, some prior yoga experience is recommended to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice.
