Cycling with Pat Hughes

Monday 6:00-6:45 PM

Each month BHC offers a FREE pass to a specific class. There is no membership required to attend this class. This month we invite everyone to try out our brand new cycling instructor, Pat Hughes, on Mondays at 6:00 pm. 

Are you seeking a low-impact way to get a high-intensity cardio workout. Come get your heart-pumping, while also strengthening your lower body and core.

Each cycling class at BHC is 45 minutes long, including a warm up and cool down, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

If you arrive early to any of our cycling classes, our instructors will be available to walk you through how the bike works before class begins. You will be fitted to the proper height of your seat and the distance of the handlebars, which will affect your foot position. You will also be shown how the resistance knob works. If you are not sure, ask! Our instructors love to help. The bikes we have are Schwinn AC Performance Plus with Carbon Blue belt drive and the Echelon2 Console with resistance power.

This class is free to everyone, including non-members!
