Formerly called Yoga Flow, this new format is a Vinyasa style yoga class that links movement and breath together, weaving in strength exercises using small hand weights, straps, and bands. We focus on breathing, stability, balance, and core.  

Yoga experience is helpful.

This class is free to everyone, including non-members!
