HIGH Fitness is a 50-minute, music-driven cardio workout that combines simple, athletic choreography with high-energy interval training. Think old-school aerobics meets modern fitness — easy-to-follow movements set to motivating playlists that keep you moving and smiling.
This full-body workout alternates bursts of intensity with recovery, helping you build cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and muscular stamina. Expect a mix of plyometrics, strength-inspired intervals, and core-focused sequences — all layered so you can modify up or down based on your fitness level.
HIGH Fitness is designed to leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and energized long after class ends.
