Jennifer Hammed
Yoga Instructor
Jenn is a 200 RYT with nearly a decade of teaching experience. Her passion for yoga stems from a love of movement, having been a modern dancer and figure skater in her youth. Her teaching journey began in college, and she later completed the 200-hour curriculum through YogaFit during the pandemic.
When attending classes ranging from slow-flow to power vinyasa, her students can expect a blend of creativity and consistency throughout, so every individual can tailor their practice to their unique needs and skill-level. All of Jenn’s classes have an intentional build of energy and exertion through varying pose sequences, deep and concentrated breath work, and plenty of options to rest when needed.
She encourages her students to find a sense of calm and serenity in their everyday lives, and know that their mat is always ready to welcome them back, no matter how long they've been away.
Outside of the studio, you can find Jenn running around Seattle (slowly), hanging out with her two cats, and watching Formula 1.
