Welcome to Ballard! We are delighted to be part of your new home experience. As part of the Commons / Ballard Health Club partnership, you are entitled to a Basic membership at the Club. You do have the option of upgrading that Basic membership to a PLUS membership at $30/ Month. To learn the differences between a Basic and a PLUS membership, visit our Membership page. If you would to upgrade to a PLUS membership, please indicate so below.
To get started establishing your new membership, you will need to create a profile in our system. To do this, please go to our member portal and complete the following steps:
Create a profile by entering your email address under “Create An Account”
On the next page it will ask for all of your personal and emergency contact information. Please be sure to specify your Commons at Ballard unit number in your address.
If you are interested in a PLUS membership upgrade, please make sure to include your billing information when setting up your profile. (See PLUS details below)
After you have created your profile, please submit the form below. Once you are notified that your membership is active, you will be able to come into the club to complete your member profile with the Front Desk.
