Tell us why you are a BHC member?
I'm a BHC member because I feel completely at home when I’m there. Everyone on the staff is incredible and the environment is really inclusive, so it’s a wonderful place to workout and be a part of the community!
How do you incorporate fitness into your life and what are your goals?
I incorporate fitness into my life by sticking to a consistent program every week and treating my workouts as an essential part of my routine. My current goal is to keep maintaining my current strength and muscle, but I want to eventually get back into a phase of progressive overload.
Tell us 3 fun facts about yourself?
3 fun facts about me: I studied abroad in New Zealand in college, I run an adventure wedding/elopement photography business (Sabrina Kaye Photography), and I have 2 rescue cats!
What's your favorite exercise and what's your least favorite.
My favorite exercise is Bulgarian split squats on the smith machine (unpopular opinion, I know!) and my least favorite is lateral raises.
Is there anything we didn't ask that you might want to share regarding your health and fitness journey?
Fitness has become such a big part of my life and I absolutely love working with people, so I’ll be getting certified as a personal trainer soon so I can start helping others on their fitness journeys as well!
