We are excited to announce that we now have a complete set of Slam Balls, ranging from 10 lbs to 100 lbs, available in Studio-X! While we previously had a few miscellaneous sizes, we now offer the full range to meet all your training needs.

Slam Balls (also known as D-Balls) are a powerful tool for total-body strength and conditioning. Whether you're performing explosive exercises like slam ball throws (generating power downward) or ground-to-over-shoulder lifts (building upward strength like a clean) these versatile tools can seriously upgrade your workouts.

They’re also great for core and grip strength—try a stationary hold for time or a walking carry for distance to build endurance and stability.
