How long have you been a member of Ballard Health Club?

I have been a member since the first, masked, vaccine-verified class at Leif Erikson following the pandemic shut down. So, four years? Five?

What motivates you to workout and stay active?

It's equally important for me, the mental aspect and the social aspect.

What does your typical workout look like at the club?

I prefer the hosted classes. For some reason my brain loves trying to mimic the exact movements demonstrated by the instructor.

What in the club has worked for you in attaining your fitness goal?

I joined, and I regularly attend classes since I'm somewhat remiss when left on my own.

Do you have a favorite piece of equipment, class or exercise at the club?

Silver Fitness at Leif Erikson Hall and Silver Circuit at the club. 

What is your primary fitness goal?

My plan is to keep walking around, having a functional body, more or less until I drop dead.
