How long have you been a member at Ballard Health Club? 

Since September 2022

Why do you work out? 

I made a complete lifestyle change two years ago. I quit my job as a bartender and started working in healthcare (Physical Therapy). I have lost around 55 pounds so far. Working out/health/fitness/clean living has become a top and essential priority in my life for a multitude of reasons. 

What do you do to work out?

I basically take every class at BHC, haha.

What in the gym has worked for you in attaining your goals?

The motivation and accountability of the classes and trainers.

Why do you choose to work out at BHC?

I have tried every gym in Ballard (not kidding). BHC is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. The staff and owner truly care about the members. Genuinely great people working here not to mention the level of expertise and detail they put into their classes/gym.

What is your favorite piece of equipment, exercise or class to do in the gym or at home? 

Barre and Cycling
