GLUTE ACTIVATION!

When doing glute exercises, it's important to make sure you're engaging the correct muscles. Sometimes our glutes can be hard to feel if we are jumping into heavy movement without properly warming up that area. Glute activation can help you warmup, activate, and connect to your glutes. Here are some movements that will get your glutes burning and engaged so that you can optimize your lower body day:
