Yoga Instructor

Sophia began her yoga journey in New York City, seeking calm amid the chaos. During the pandemic, her at-home practice evolved into a path of healing and mindfulness. She gave up bagels and pizzas when she moved to Seattle to be closer to nature.

Sophia completed her 250-hour teacher training, met many wonderful yogis along the way, and wants to share this practice with everybody. Sophia offers breath-led, slow vinyasa flows that balance effort and ease.

Outside of the studio, you'll find Sophia trying new recipes, hiking around alpine lakes, dog sitting, and taste-testing her way through local coffee and gelato spots. She enjoys traveling the world and plans to visit India to deepen her yoga practice.
