How long have you been a member of Ballard Health Club?

I have been a member of BHC for 5 years.

What motivates you to workout and stay active?

I enjoy the routine of getting out and getting active. I am working on getting stronger, growing confidence, and becoming the healthiest and best version of myself.

What does your typical workout look like at the club?

You can usually find me lifting, walking on the treadmill, or at a barre or yoga class! I try to incorporate both weight training and cardio each time I go to the gym.

What in the club has worked for you in attaining your fitness goal?

I am a barre lover and have been attending classes regularly over the past 5 years. I have also recently gotten into heavy weightlifting over the past year and have been enjoying that a lot too!

Why do you choose to be a member at BHC, and what keeps you coming back?

I really like the community and environment at BHC. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. The club has everything I need (and more) to get a great workout in, and I love how convenient and accessible it is for my lifestyle.

Do you have a favorite piece of equipment, class or exercise at the club?

My favorite classes are Ivana and Anne's barre classes for sure. I have also been really enjoying my personal training sessions with Madison as well.

Anything else you’d like to share?

Over the past year, I have been able to use fitness to become a better, healthier version of myself. I appreciate BHC for helping me work towards and achieve my goals while being a fun place to go to!
