ELIGIBILITY: In order to have After Hours Access via the BHC RFID key fob, you must have a qualified PLUS Membership. Monthly Renewing, Yearly, Insurance Provided and Staff memberships meet this qualification. Short term Month Passes, Week Passes or drop-ins are not eligible.
If your PLUS Membership is inactive for any reason, your BHC RFID key fob will also be deactivated. The reasons include, but are not limited to: Frozen status, failed payment, account balance, or membership expiration.
SINGLE PERSON ENTRY: For security and insurance reasons, only one person may enter at a time after hours. All BHC RFID key fobs will be assigned to unique individuals. Each person must have their own BHC RFID key fob and has agreed to an after-hours access agreement. Any member allowing entry to another individual - regardless of relation or knowledge of membership status will incur a penalty of $50. Also, any person who gains access to the club by following in another member without successfully checking-in with their own BHC RFID key fob will also incur a penalty of $50. Penalties are immediately charged to the member and their membership inactivated until the balance for said penalty is resolved.
GUESTS: Guests are not permitted to enter the gym during After Hours Access. This includes and is not limited to Friendly Friday guests and Friendly Weekend guests. Failure to comply will result in a $50 penalty per person.
USE OF FACILITY: After hours use of the Ballard Health Club facility is limited to exercise purposes only. No loitering is allowed in any area of the facility including the locker rooms. Anyone found using the club in a way that is not in line with this agreement will have their after hour access revoked without refund.
-For safety reasons, the sauna is unavailable during After Hours Access hours.
CONDUCT: Ballard Health Club is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its members and staff. Ballard Health Club does not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, rude, indecent, or illegal behavior. Ballard Health Club has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.
