At Ballard Health Club, we offer over 80 classes each week with Group Fitness classes like Ab Lab, Zumba ®, Pilates and BodyPump ™, as well as many styles of Yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. All classes are taught by certified group fitness and/or specially trained yoga instructors and are offered on a ‘first-come’ basis. We recommend arriving a little early to ensure a spot in some of the more popular classes. For class descriptions, click on the class names on the schedule page for each studio – Studio X or Studio Y.
