At Ballard Health Club, all classes are included with membership. We offer an average of 40 classes each week with Group Fitness classes like Ab Lab, Zumba®, and Pilates, as well as many styles of Yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. All classes are taught by certified group fitness and/or specially trained yoga instructors and are offered on a ‘first-come’ basis.
