We have 3 types of services our trainers and nutritionists offer to our members. They are Fitness Training – which sets up a training program for a do it yourself type of work out plan. This service is included with all memberships. Nutrition Coaching – a one hour one-on-one session to give members advice on their nutrition needs. This service is also included in all memberships and Personal Training – Personalized workout attention on more regular basis.

Fitness Training

Since BHC was started in 1998, Fitness Training has been a cornerstone of our membership and a testament to the level of service we offer to our members.  A Fitness Training appointment consists of meeting with a certified personal trainer for an hour-long, one-on-one session that can be catered to your needs. Whether you are interested in an introduction to the gym, learning how to use the equipment and a few new exercises, or a way to spice up your existing routine, we are here to help.

We also offer to design a personalized exercise program suited to your specific requirements. For program design, each exercise will be demonstrated during the session, and detailed instructions will be written down for you to follow on your own time. As the body has a tendency to adapt to a routine after roughly 4-6 weeks, we recommend making these sessions a monthly habit!

Fitness Training is included in the cost of a BHC membership. Repeated Fitness Training appointments may not be scheduled less than 4 weeks apart, and the completed intake forms must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to allow the trainer to properly prepare for your session.

Nutrition Coaching

For those looking for some guidance on how to get the most out of their diet, members may choose to do Nutrition Coaching instead of the usual monthly Fitness Training. Nutrition Coaching is an hour long, one-on-one session with a staff nutrition specialist that is tailored to each individual member’s needs:

Nutrition Coaching is included in the cost of a BHC membership. Repeated Nutrition Coaching sessions may not be booked less than 4 weeks apart, and the completed intake form must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the appointment to allow the coach to properly prepare for your session.

Personal Training

While having a fitness program to follow is a great start, we could all use extra help with our workouts every now and then. Are you looking to train for a specific event or to master advanced lifting techniques? Perhaps you just need the motivation of meeting with a trainer on a regular basis to keep you committed to coming to the gym and stay on track with achieving your goals. Hiring a trainer can be a great way prevent boredom and keep things challenging at the gym. No matter what your fitness goal, we have a trainer here that can help you achieve it.

Our certified personal trainers are here to help you monitor exercise selection, ensure that you maintain proper form, avoid injury, and accomplish your goals in the most efficient way possible.They have the training required to closely monitor your vital signs and push you in the most productive way possible, helping you take the guesswork out of your gym time.
