Group Classes Expanding

How did it get to be March, 2022 so fast? I feel like I hardly blinked and we’re about to top off the first quarter of the year already. I hope you are as excited as we are at the news that soon, masks will no longer be mandated, and it’s feeling safe to be in groups again. We’re so happy to see those of you coming into classes and can’t wait to see the rest of you in the near future. BHC has your interests and safety at heart, and as such we will continue with virtual classes, hybrid classes, and in-person only classes as well. Sometimes it feels good to just turn off those devices and get connected with the most valuable machine you have, your body. We encourage it, daily. 

Our classes range from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. Find the workout that works best for you and get started by putting it on your schedule and setting a reminder to get there on time. We have a few changes this month and expect more classes in the coming months. Your input has really been  helpful, and we continue to value your wants and opinions as we add more classes. 

If weekend workouts are your thing, please come in and meet Rachel!. She’s teaching Body Pump ™ on Saturday mornings, sandwiched between Ivana’s Barre and Taylor’s Dance Fitness classes.  And Marianne has you covered with Yoga on Sunday mornings, right after Aurora’s epic workouts in her Circuit Class. 

Week days are filling out nicely as well; you can now start your day with some Sun Salutations in yoga class with Shelley, and we are sooo happy to have BHC’s superman Jose back teaching classes. We’ve added more bikes to the cycling studio and will be adding more classes soon so in the meantime, get in there and get in a good ride with Courtney or Shannon.  Thank you so much for being a part of the BHC community. It feels good to see your faces again. I’ll see you in class!
