Group Fitness Instructor

Rachel is a Les Mills certified BodyPump and CORE instructor and holds certifications as an ACE-certified group fitness instructor, NASM-certified Personal Trainer; as well as L-1 CrossFit Trainer. As a fitness enthusiast, with a passion for running, Rachel has completed numerous races, including three marathons. She believes fitness classes should be both challenging and enjoyable, encouraging members to push themselves, work hard and to engage and develop a community while doing so.
