Group Fitness Instructor

Lisa Rider is a Group Fitness Instructor who grew up in the Seattle area. She has taught classes at Ballard Health Club, Fresh Air Fitness and LA Fitness in Ballard for 10 years, teaching a mix of Boot Camp, Weightlifting, and Spin classes.

Lisa enjoys working out and motivating others to stay fit. She is a long-time cyclist, skier and paddle boarder who believes movement is crucial to happiness and personal fulfillment.
