Personal Trainer / Group Exercise Instructor

Hattie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Sling Training, Kettlebell Training, Group Personal Training, and Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200 Hour). She loves working with people of all ages and abilities who want to move their bodies in fun and interesting ways. 

 As a prior desk worker, Hattie understands the struggle of "tech neck" and how constant sitting can impact the body. She helps clients with physical and lifestyle changes so they can feel empowered to be the leaders of their own fitness journeys. Hattie strives to keep people flowing through safe movement patterns to eliminate the risk of injury. She creates individual exercise plans using multiple modalities to address the areas of need. Ongoing monitoring of measurable goals helps her clients achieve their results.
