Are you in the mood to wind down and stretch, or do you prefer to work up a sweat and feel the burn? Whether you want cycling, yoga, barre, BodyPump, high intensity, low impact, strength training, or dance we’ve got an option that will motivate and energize you to keep coming. Between our three studios, we offer over 90 classes per week! You can explore the types of classes we offer in the next section.
Those with a PLUS membership have unlimited access to ALL CLASSES in both of our studios. Members who do not have a PLUS pass may attend a single class for $5. The drop in class rate for non-members is $16*.
*Non-members must bring a government issued photo ID and matching credit card for security purposes.
