Personal Attention, Plus Group Support

 

Group Interval Training (GR.I.T) at Ballard Health Club is personalized training in a team environment. It is a great way to learn new exercises and training strategies with an expert there to coach you on good form and hold you accountable, while being more affordable than one-on-one personal training. Additionally, the group dynamic that comes with regularly working out alongside with the same small group of people will definitely encourage you to push yourself to your limits and ensure that you get the most out of every workout. BHC membership is not required.

 
 

Getting Started, at any Fitness Level

  • Enrollment is limited to 12 people per session

  • The cost is $15 per session, and will be billed monthly depending on how many sessions per week will be attended:

    • 1 session per week - $60/month

    • 2 sessions per week - $120/month

    • Unlimited sessions per week - $180/month

 
 

FIRST SESSION IS FREE

Interested in joining a GRIT team, but want to try it out first? Your first session is on us! Non-Members are welcome.
