Since BHC was started in 1998, complimentary Fitness Training has been a cornerstone of our membership and a testament to the level of service we offer to our members.  A Fitness Training appointment consists of meeting with a certified personal trainer for an hour-long, one-on-one session that can be catered to your needs. Whether you are interested in an introduction to the gym, learning how to use the equipment, an exercise form check, or a way to spice up your existing routine, we are here to help.

We also offer to design a personalized exercise program suited to your specific goals and requirements. For program design, each exercise will be demonstrated during the session, and detailed instructions will be written down for you to follow on your own time. As the body has a tendency to adapt to a routine after roughly 6 weeks, we recommend getting in the habit of booking these sessions that often!

Fitness Training is included in the cost of a BHC membership. Repeated Fitness Training appointments may not be scheduled less than 6 weeks apart, and the completed intake forms must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to allow the trainer to properly prepare for your session.
