Tess is a movement coach who’s teaching is deeply rooted in curiosity and inclusivity. After years of being afraid of fitness/sports/activity she finally connected with her own body, finding freedom through yoga, climbing and strength training.
Classes are playful, practical and reflective. Tess guides you through movement to explore the nooks and crannies of your person. She honors all students by crafting classes based off of requests and the needs of the group. Her Yoga Tune Up® classes are a mix of deep release, creative movement and community.
