I love teaching Zumba because it was the first form of exercise that I enjoyed going to every week. My love for dancing and music from all around the world started in high school when I joined the Pacific Islander Dance team, and from there on I knew dancing was my was of feeling healthy and staying active. I started going to one Zumba class and then another and before I knew it I had lost 60 pounds and was feeling amazing, and most important I didn’t even feel like I was working out. Zumba brings everyone together for an hour of electric and energizing music, without even taking a single dance lesson yourself. So come dance with us and just be prepared to smile, laugh, and by the end of it realize that you’ve been sweating the whole time. Can’t wait to meet you!
