I have been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years. I currently teach pilates-yoga (Piyo), traditional yoga, cycling, and Bodypump.
I have lived in Seattle for 13 years (moved from Wisconsin) and I am a Program Manager at Boeing as well as a Life Coach. I make time to enjoy local hikes, watch intriguing sci-fi movies, support local plays/musicals, and cook healthy vegan foods.
I am so excited to be part of Ballard Health Club's fitness team. I hope to meet you during a group class!
