Barre Instructor

Lisa has been a fitness instructor since 2013.  Being involved in a variety of sports and fitness for over 20 years, becoming an instructor seemed like the natural next step.  Group classes have always resonated with her the most, bringing a shared energy and common goal through community atmosphere. While she greatly enjoys teaching a variety of classes such as Barre, Yoga, Kickboxing, Strength Training and Boot Camp, becoming a Retreat Guide has been the most rewarding.  Offering Barre/Yoga Retreats locally and abroad combines her love of travel with her passion for teaching and helping others in a more intimate setting through health and wellness.
